1. Who may contribute
You must own the photographs and edits or have written authority to license them. If you act for a company, you confirm that you can bind it. You must also hold any client, property, privacy and publicity permissions needed for machine-learning research and training.
2. What you grant
You grant Spatialist a worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable licence to copy, secure, inspect, align, transform, annotate, compare and use accepted source-and-final pairs to research, train, evaluate and operate shared FrameFlow models and related quality-control systems. This licence includes model parameters and aggregate learning that cannot reasonably be used to reconstruct an original photograph. You retain ownership and may continue using or licensing your work.
3. Review before use
Uploads remain quarantined until human review. Spatialist may reject duplicates, mismatched pairs, corrupt files, unlawful material, low-quality examples or files outside the selected editing profile. Rejected material is not added to training. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, credits or a model launch.
4. Contributor credits
Accepted applications earn 2 FrameFlow credits per accepted pair, a 25-credit first-accepted-property bonus, and a 50-credit scale bonus when an application contains at least 100 accepted pairs across five properties. The maximum is 500 credits per application. Credits are promotional service credits, not cash, are not transferable or withdrawable, and may be reversed for duplicated, unlawful or fraudulently represented material.
5. Personal data and sensitive material
Do not upload identity documents, access codes, special-category personal data or images unrelated to real-estate editing. Avoid identifiable people, personal photographs, vehicle plates and private documents. Copyright permission does not cancel the GDPR or any person’s privacy rights. Spatialist processes applicant and submission data as described in the Privacy Statement.
6. Withdrawal and model impact
You may withdraw a pending application before acceptance. After acceptance, you may request deletion or object to personal-data processing. Spatialist will stop avoidable future use, delete retained source files where required, record the request and assess whether technically and legally feasible measures are needed for affected model artifacts. A withdrawal does not automatically require deletion of non-personal aggregate learning or invalidate earlier lawful processing.
7. Confidentiality, security and transfers
Spatialist uses private storage, access controls, audit records and contracted service providers. Where personal data is accessed outside the EEA, Spatialist uses an applicable adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful safeguard. No online service can promise absolute security.
8. Warranty and responsibility
You warrant that the information you provide is accurate and that accepted use will not infringe third-party rights. You will promptly tell Spatialist if your authority changes or a claim arises. Mandatory consumer, privacy and moral rights remain unaffected.
9. Governing terms and contact
This agreement supplements the Spatialist Terms and Privacy Statement. Romanian law applies subject to mandatory protections and jurisdiction available to you. Questions, rights requests and notices may be sent to ryan@spatialist.io.
